What happens after you place an order at our webshop?

- After you placed and payed succesfully, we will receive your order in our system. You directly will receive an email with the order comfirmation. Please check this email and especially the adres: is it correct? Incase this is not the case, please reply the order confirmation email and let us know!

- Incase you choose bankpayment you also will receive the order comfirmation, which will give you the information which you need for the bankpayment. We will ship your order after we have received the bank payment. Please keep in mind that this can take some workingdays.

- From Monday till Friday, first thing we do in the morning is check the orders of the past 24 hours. Then we book the shipment. You will receive then a track and trace code by email.

- Incase you order from UK, Norway or Switserland - read here what happens

- Then we will pack your order and mostly it will leave our workshop the same day as it will be picked up. For some orders (outside EU) we have to go to the postoffice ourselves. This happens mostly every other day.

Incase you realise something is not correct, please let us know imediatly! Best thing you can do is reply at the order comfirmation email you have received shortly after your order. Or send us a message by WhatsApp. For more information, please check our contact page.
